The Northridge Heights Homeowners Association was established in order to maintain a neat, orderly, and attractive neighborhood for the benefit of all residents. The Association is governed by a board of directors who are elected by the homeowners.
Elections take place at the Association annual meeting held in October or November of each year. The directors are responsible for overseeing the operations of the Association. The Declaration of Covenants and the Bylaws govern the operation of the Association and set forth the rules and regulations that help keep our neighborhood a nice place to live.

As an owner of a Home in the Northridge Heights subdivision, you are invited to the HOA’s annual meeting to be held Monday November 25th, 2024, at 6:30 PM at the Somerset Clubhouse.
